  • Alarm response plans are set at different hierarchical levels (Global, Bureau, Asset and Zone) per Event Type to reduce the amount of data entry required. The lower level plans only need to be defined if specific response is required.

  • The Format Templates are fully customisable, allowing the raw alarm data to be interpreted and behave as required by each Cams Monitoring Station.
